Partick Housing Association is delighted to share the news that the stunning, new 46-home development at Bearsden Road in Anniesland has now been officially handed over and customers have already started to receive the keys to their new homes.
This development is a major boost of affordable new and housing in the west of the city and the new residents are over the moon with their new flats, which include a mix of one and two-bedrooms and a mix of social rented and mid-market rent homes.
We’d like to thank the Council, our funders, contractor CCG Scotland Ltd the community and other partners for their support at Bearsden Road. We are already witnessing the transformative effect these new homes are having on the lives of our customers.
