Make a comment, compliment or complaint

We welcome all comments about our work to help us improve.

When we do something well, it’s great to get compliments, positive recognition and praise.

If things don’t go right, we encourage you to complain. We understand that if you make a complaint, you want:

  • an apology if we’ve let you down
  • to be heard
  • your problem dealt with quickly and effectively.

Find a summary of our complaints procedure and our complaints policy on our Key Documents page.

To make a comment, compliment or complaint please use our online form or call us on 0141 357 3773.

Our approach to complaints is based on the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman’s Model Complaints Handling Procedure.

    Reporting a Significant Performance Failure

The Scottish Housing Regulator can consider issues raised with them about ‘significant performance failures’.

A significant performance failure is defined by the SHR as something that a landlord does or fails to do that puts the interests of its tenants at risk, and which the landlord has not resolved. This is something that is a systematic problem that does, or could, affect all of a landlord’s tenants. You can ask us for more information about significant performance failures or read our leaflet on our Key Documents page.

The SHR has more information on their website https://www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk
