We’re delighted to invite the community to the Bigger Partick Picnic, taking place on Saturday 27 June from 12pm to 5pm at Mansfield Park.
This free, family-friendly event celebrates everything that makes Partick special, bringing together residents, organisations and performers for an afternoon of fun, creativity and connection. Whether you’re attending along with family, friends or neighbours, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Visitors can look forward to a fantastic programme of live entertainment, including music from local artists, a steel band, choir, DJs and more.
Alongside the main stage, there will be a wide range of activities and attractions including;
- Arts and crafts
- Planting sessions
- Museum workshops
- Games
- Face painting
- World Cup themed games
- Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth themed games
- Vibrant graffiti wall
Community stalls and local organisations will also be on hand throughout the day, offering opportunities to get involved, learn more about services in the area and connect with others
A key feature of this year’s event is a new employability programme delivered through a partnership between PHA and EveryStage. The programme provides local young people with event management training and the opportunity to interview for a paid placement at the Bigger Partick Picnic, helping them gain valuable skills and experience within the events industry.
The Bigger Partick Picnic is all about celebrating community spirit and bringing people together. With free entry and no tickets required, we encourage everyone to come along and be part of the day.
We look forward to seeing you there!
