At PHA, we are committed to a programme of regular planned maintenance and investment as we continue to provide high quality homes. Our priority is to ensure that our properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS), as well as the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH).
From April 2023 we will start installing 110 new kitchens, 50 new bathrooms and provide new windows in 60 properties. Additionally, we plan to upgrade some central heating systems so every PHA home has an efficient and economical heating system.
We know that for some customers the idea of getting works done in their home can be daunting and an inconvenience. We are here to advise you and answer any questions or concerns throughout the process.
Kitchen and bathroom upgrades might take up to three days to complete. At the end of each day, we will restore facilities until we complete the work.
We work with experienced and professional suppliers and contractors who have a strong focus on customer care. Our experienced and friendly staff supervise all work, keep customers updated and manage queries so that customers have a positive experience.
We will start contacting tenants from April 2023 when we are planning works. Thank you in advance for your co-operation in giving us access to arrange surveys and carry out work. We will look to do this at a time that suits you best and give as much notice as possible.
