The Annual Performance Report 2021/22 will be landing on doormats at homes across Partick and Thornwood this week.
In the past two years, much of our energy and attention has been focused on managing how we deliver important services and assist our tenants and customers during the Covid pandemic. Now that restrictions have ended, we are pleased that our office is open again, we can meet our customers face-to-face and get out and about in the area.
This Annual Performance Report looks back at 2021/22 and considers our performance against the Scottish Social Housing Charter last year. It also shows you how we compare with other landlords in Scotland.
