We are continuing to follow government advice and attending to emergency repairs only.  Recently we have received a high volume of calls for routine or non-emergency repairs and we cannot attend to these at this time.  Please only phone our maintenance team if you have an emergency.  The team are operating under these instructions so please be patient and understanding.
