The Association has asked Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) to carry out property inspections to our stock for our insurance purposes. Those carrying out the survey will have their own photographic I.D card and you should ask to see this before allowing anyone access to your home.

This will be a visual survey and will cause no disruption to your property. This is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to allow access to your home if that is your preference.
