Annual Performance Report 2017/ 18

At Partick Housing Association, we are committed to continuous improvement and providing value for money. Our Annual Performance Report 2017/18 aims to give a clear assessment of our performance and show how we compare with other landlords nationally.

Our most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey showed high levels of satisfaction:

  • 97% satisfaction with Partick as a place to live;
  • 94% satisfaction with the Association’s overall service to customers;
  • 96% satisfaction with customers being kept informed;
  • 97% satisfaction with opportunities for customers to participate;
  • 91% satisfaction with value for money.

We continue investing in repairing and maintaining our properties. 97.4% of our homes currently meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard. Through improving energy efficiency, 96.7% of our homes already meet the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) – we plan to invest and bring others up to this standard by the target date of December 2020.

We have also continued to support community initiatives and are keen to hear from tenants and residents who are keen to get involved.

We started work on our latest development of much-needed affordable new homes at the site of the former St Peters Primary School in the heart of Partick. This mixed development of flats for social rent, mid market rent and supported accommodation is progressing well and is due for completion in 2019.
