New Maintenance Contractors

Partick Housing Association recently appointed new contractors to undertake the following works;

• Gas Service and Maintenance will be carried out by City Building.
• Day-to-Day Repairs will be carried out by Mitie.

We’ve been working with Carillion, City Building & Mitie to ensure a smooth transition of works.

From Friday 1 December 2017, Mitie will undertake repairs and maintenance for all of the Association’s properties. Mitie is a large, well established organisation with a wealth of experience working with housing providers. Partick Housing Association looks forward to the new partnership and the benefits this will bring to tenants.

We take this opportunity to remind tenants that under no circumstances should you allow anyone into your home without seeing appropriate identification. If you are in any doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us.
