Annual Report 2016/2017

We’ve recently published our Annual Report 2016/2017, which provides an overview of what’s been happening at Partick Housing Association over the last year.

This is the fourth year that we are reporting our performance against the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The purpose of this report is to give a clear assessment of our activities and show how we compare with others nationally.

In addition to information on how we have performed against key indicators, a few highlights of the report are noted below. We have:
• Spent £1.3m on maintaining our homes through routine repairs.
• Carried out gas safety checks to 100% of our properties.
• Spent £1.7m on major works to improve our existing homes, including improvements to energy efficiency.
• Invested £1.8m towards developing new homes to meet local housing needs.
• Worked with the Scrutiny Panel to review key service areas and supported them in presenting their findings on service improvements to PHA’s Board.
• Provided money advice for customers to help them manage their household income and pay their rent.
• Supported local community initiatives.
