Service Delivery Update

It was a challenging end to 2021 and start to 2022, with Coronavirus restrictions affecting all of us. We thank you, our customers, for your continued patience and understanding during these uncertain times. We hope that you are keeping safe and well.

As you know, we had to close our office back in March 2020 because the Government introduced a series of restrictions to protect public health. We have had to change how we do things during the past two years. We have continued to keep in touch, to provide assistance and respond to your queries as well as check how you were.

We all know that Coronavirus has not gone away completely and continue to monitor public health guidance from the Scottish Government. We encourage all customers to do what you can to keep safe and well.

As a successful community-based organisation, we are focused on our customers and the wider community that we are here to serve. Our office is at the heart of how we deliver services successfully in the West End. And the good news is that we are now back delivering a full range of services. Our reception is now open at set times and of course you can also phone or email us during office hours.

It is important for us to have face-to-face contact with our customers, both in the office as well as us being visible, out-and-about in our estates. We are here for our customers and communities that we serve.

The pandemic has introduced changes for all of us, including how we deliver services as the world has changed. We have been reviewing the points that came up in our recent customer satisfaction survey. We want to re-engage with customers in the coming months to look at how we can tailor our services to best meet your changing needs.

    Friday 9am to 4.30pm

    Monday to Friday
    10am to 12 noon and
    2pm to 4pm
