The former St Peter’s School closed in 2013 and Partick Housing Association bought it from Glasgow City Council in March 2016. We received planning permission in December 2016, and plans and a report on the consultation that we carried out can been viewed here.

This project will deliver a total of 60 new affordable homes for the community of Partick, including 21 properties for mid-market rent and 39 properties for social rent. Each flat will have its own private off-street parking space.
