Purdon Street Development
18 Purdon Street is an existing four storey property owned by Partick Housing Association. It operated as a day care centre and temporary accommodation until November 2019 when GCC ended their lease. We are now looking to convert it to 14 flats for social rent.
Planning permission was lodged on 25th October 2019 and is pending approval. The proposed drawings can be viewed here.
Work is due to start on site in April 2020 although we are looking to do some stripping out works before this date. It is due to be complete in October 2020. The contractor is Hadden Construction who have lots of experience with ‘fit out’ projects.
