Freedom of Information
As of 11 November 2019, Partick Housing Association is deemed to be a Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and is, therefore, required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
We have engaged RGDP LLP (www.rgdp.co.uk) to act as our Data Protection Officer.
When using our Website it is important that we explain to you the types of information we collect about you, what we will do with that information, and why we collect it.
Our aim always, is to protect your privacy.
We gather information about you in two ways on our website. Either by asking directly for the required information, or by using Cookies.
Information Provided By You
We ask you to provide contact details, which can personally identify you, for the following reasons:
