Housing demand

Housing demand

The demand for our Housing greatly exceeds the available supply.  This means that we can normally only offer properties to people with severe medical conditions or who are homeless or living in very poor or overcrowded accommodation.

Most of our properties are one or two bedroom flats.  We have a few larger houses, but these are in high demand and become available infrequently.

Find details here of the homes we rent and the housing officers who look after the different areas.

Since 2009, 168 empty properties have been refurbished and tenanted, 50% of them to homeless people, meaning that Partick has also met its ambitious targets on homeless accommodation.
