Our Customer Engagement Strategy aims to continuously improve the way we work, in partnership with residents and partner agencies.
The Scottish Social Housing Charter sets out the standards you can expect from us as your landlord. We work with customers to check how we’re performing against the charter standards and compared to other housing providers. Customers also play a vital part in the self-assessment process for reporting to the Scottish Housing Regulator on the Scottish Social Housing Charter outcomes.
From May 2014, housing associations must report on how they perform against the standards to customers and the Scottish Social Housing Regulator.
