We are sorry.  We are aware of an error on your recent rent increase letters.  Our letter to you dated 22 February 2024 includes details of your current rent and not the new amount.

We are updating our documents and new letters will be sent to you in the next day or so. We understand this is causing confusion and issues for those customers dealing with benefit claims.
