New and Improved IT System Implementation. Service Disruption Expected.

We are currently implementing a new IT software system at PHA. In the lead up to the ‘switch over’ there may be some service disruption and a period where we have limited access to our systems and some information.

The new system will improve how we deliver services to customers through:

  • More efficient use of our customer and property information;
  • Being easier and faster to use;
  • Enhanced data security;
