Mid Market Rent

Mid Market Rent (MMR) is a type of tenure aimed at helping working households to rent accommodation at an affordable level. As well as lower rents than the private rental market, Mid Market Rent offers tenants assurance that they will be getting a good quality home with a landlord who offers high standards of customer service.

Applicants should have a total gross annual household income between £22,800 and £40,000 and will enter into a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement with Partick Works Ltd.

We have received notification that a mid-market rent property is soon to become available at 1 Centurion Way. The property is unfurnished and has two double bedrooms with a balcony. The rent is £621.30 per calendar month (including services). The property will be available at the end of November. One month’s rent in advance will be payable as well as one month’s rent to be held as a deposit (to be held by Safe Deposit Scotland).

The council tax is band E, approx. £2,167.29 per annum.
