Mid Market Rent (MMR) is a new type of tenure aimed at helping working households to rent accommodation at an affordable level. As well as lower rents than the private rental market, Mid Market Rent offers tenants assurance that they will be getting a good quality home with a landlord who offers high standards of customer service.
Applicants should have a total gross annual household income between £22,800 and £40,000 and will enter into a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement with Partick Works Ltd.

Mid Market Rent homes have a different form of tenancy agreement from that of a social tenancy.
