Rent a home

If you are over 16, you can apply to rent one of our homes. We have a huge demand for our homes, so please see Housing demand before registering your interest.

To discuss your housing situation and the process of applying to rent a home, please visit our office or alternatively phone us on 0141 357 3773.

Once we have received and processed your application, we will let you know your level of priority and the likelihood of you being offered a home. If we think we can offer you a home within the next two to three years, we will visit you to check the details on your application and discuss  setting up a new home. You will need to provide proof of your current home address (for example, a bank statement, benefits letter or Council Tax bill). If you would like further advice on your housing situation we can arrange for a Housing Options interview.

If you move or your circumstances change, please tell us.

If you are already a Partick Housing Association tenant and need to move, you can apply for a transfer or mutual exchange.

Find details here of the homes we rent and the housing officers who look after the different areas.
