WORKSPACES

The Association owns and manages a number of commercial units and workspaces within the area.

Within the redeveloped Co-op Halls building in Mansfield Street, we own 15 workspaces of varying sizes which provide excellent facilities for local businesses within the area. Because of their proximity to shops and public transport links there is a constant demand for these workspaces. The facilities within the Co-op building are excellent and are maintained to the highest standards by the Association.

In addition to the workspaces in the Co-op Halls the Association will, in the future, be able to offer additional workspaces. These workspaces are part of the project at Dumbarton Road/Keith Street where houses, workspaces and shops will be created.

Demand is likely to exceed the supply of these workspaces as they are likely to be snapped up very quickly.
