The Association has always been proud to have achieved IIP Status (Investors in People), but now we are delighted to report that we have gone beyond what is expected and have achieved gold status. By demonstrating our commitment to training and development of our most important asset - our staff we have achieved this prestigious award.
This means that
the Association has joined an elite group of UK employers who have attained IIP's highest accolade.

The Association is proud of its record of being able to help people move into their own homes and improve their lives. With the help of tenants, staff and external agencies the Association has created a video record of how through teamwork we improve flats, identify suitable applicants and help them settle into their new homes. xx
