PHA is seeking one company to provide the following ICT solutions:

ICT Infrastructure and Support Services
PHA is seeking to upgrade its ICT hardware with a view to moving to a fully hosted and virtual platform by the summer of 2012. PHA is also seeking to appoint an ICT partner to provide support services for the ICT infrastructure.  The ICT partner must be someone who can work positively with PHA and its stakeholders to deliver a high quality and value for money ICT solution.  The solution must deliver a robust, reliable and performing service to help support the organisation meet the challenges of today’s RSL marketplace.  The support service must be innovative, and proactive in its response to challenges.

PHA is seeking to appoint for the period April 2012 to March 2015. Accordingly, it is seeking interest from companies with relevant experience who can deliver a quality service understanding the PHA needs.

The Association has always been proud to have achieved IIP Status (Investors in People), but now we are delighted to report that we have gone beyond what is expected and have achieved gold status. By demonstrating our commitment to training and development of our most important asset - our staff we have achieved this prestigious award. This means that the Association has joined an elite group of UK employers who have attained IIP's highest accolade.

BYRON STREET SHARED EQUITY SCHEME

Work is complete at the Association's development at Byron Street. The site in Whiteinch is just off Dumbarton Road, West of the Thornwood roundabout.

The project comprises of:

  • 13 flats for rent for Partick Housing Association
  • 14 flats for rent for Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association
  • 17 Shared Equity Flats for sale

FERRY ROAD NEW BUILD

Work is underway on the Association's most ambitious development to date.

The Association bought the site at Ferry Road in September 2008 and work is underway to build 87 flats, 66 of which will be for social and market rent and 21 to be sold under the Government's Shared Equity scheme.

Partick Homes Ltd is keen to offer advice and assistance to new and existing tenants who may need household goods but who are unable to fork out large amounts of money to buy new furniture, bedding, cutlery, carpets or white goods.
