Our Mission Statement

As a charitable Industrial and Provident Society and a registered social landlord, Partick Housing Association is regulated by The Scottish Housing Regulator. It is also a member of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations. Partick Housing Association Ltd is a membership organisation and has approx 300 individual members. It is governed by a voluntary board of management currently consisting of 13 members including 6 Partick Homes tenants. Details of our Committees can be found here

Partick Housing Association Ltd owns all of the group’s assets, including its social rented stock of almost 1700 flats. The management and maintenance of these houses is however delivered by one of its subsidiary companies, Partick Homes Ltd.

As well as being a major landlord, Partick Housing Association Ltd fulfils a number of core services to the subsidiary companies:

• Risk Management and Compliance

• Human Resources
• Finance
• Information Systems/Technology
• Corporate Services

Partick Housing Association holds a B (good) performance rating from Communities Scotland (now the Scottish Housing Regulator), has a bronze Scotland’s Health at Work (SHAW) award and has Investors in People Gold accreditation.
