1. CONTENTS INSURANCE
We
strongly recommend that all tenants take out home contents insurance.
Because you rent your flat from us, you may have assumed that we have
an insurance policy covering loss or damage to your personal property.
PLEASE
NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE CASE. We
are responsible for insuring the building you live in but NOT
your contents.
YOU,
as the tenant, are responsible for insuring your own property against
theft, fire, flood and other potential damage. If you would like more
information on insurance, please
contact the Association
2.
