PHA is seeking one company to provide the following ICT solutions:

ICT Infrastructure and Support Services
PHA is seeking to upgrade its ICT hardware with a view to moving to a fully hosted and virtual platform by the summer of 2012. PHA is also seeking to appoint an ICT partner to provide support services for the ICT infrastructure.  The ICT partner must be someone who can work positively with PHA and its stakeholders to deliver a high quality and value for money ICT solution.  The solution must deliver a robust, reliable and performing service to help support the organisation meet the challenges of today’s RSL marketplace.  The support service must be innovative, and proactive in its response to challenges.

PHA is seeking to appoint for the period April 2012 to March 2015. Accordingly, it is seeking interest from companies with relevant experience who can deliver a quality service understanding the PHA needs.

PHA is seeking to appoint a communication and marketing consultancy with relevant experience to work with us from January 2012 on a corporate communications strategy, including branding and launch, and on the redesign of our website. We are also seeking to enter a contract for ongoing PR support.

It is expected that contractors will have successful experience in implementing common repairs projects involving fully owner occupied tenement buildings.  Work will include chimney repairs and structural works.

It is expected that contractors will have successful experience in implementing common repairs projects involving occupied mixed-tenure buildings.  Work will include re-roofing, renewal of rainwater goods, repairs to sandstone elevations and chimney heads,  repointing and redecoration close stairwell.

CONTRACTOR REQUIRED FOR REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO FORTROSE HOUSE, 14-26 FORTROSE STREET, GLASGOW G11 5NS

Partick Homes Ltd (PHL), a subsidiary of Partick Housing Association ltd, seeks a Contractor to undertake Repair and Improvement Works to block of flats at Fortrose House, 14-26 Fortrose Street, Glasgow G11 5NS to eradicate identified defects in the building, particularly water penetration dampness and cold bridging.  The nine storey block contains 53 units comprising 48 two storey maisonettes and five ground floor one bedroom flats.  The ground floor also includes an enclosed entrance hall, lift and stair well, the resident Wardens’ office and a common room.  The Association owns 40 of the flats and factors the remaining 13 flats on behalf of owner occupiers.  No internal work will be undertaken to the owner occupied properties.

Expressions of interest are invited from contractors with experience of successfully implementing repair and improvement works in occupied mixed tenure buildings. The tender will be awarded on a balancing quality (60%) and price (40%) basis.
