We own and manage over 1700 social rented homes and also provide factoring management services to more than 2000 private occupiers in and around Partick. Our new-build homes include mid-market rented and shared equity properties.
Formed in 1975, we’re one of the largest registered social landlords in this part of the city. We have a focus to be greener, investing in a brighter future for the city of Glasgow and our nation. We are also working hard to reduce our carbon footprint, saving money for you as tenants and landlords.

2015 is a special year for us as we'll be celebrating our 40th anniversary. So, look out for more about our plans to celebrate this landmark.
Looking ahead, we want to keep you up to date with changes in the law that affect you. Remember that all right to buy entitlement will end on 1 August 2016. The last date when tenants can submit a right to buy application will be 31 July 2016. Find out more about the changes.

To celebrate 40 years of Partick Housing Association we’re hosting a series of walking tours in the local area. Take a walk through time and explore Partick’s heritage, taking in its medieval, industrial and more recent past.
